This location was literally littered with empty spray cans, so I decided to make good use of them and arranged a few for this shot.

Taken August last year during our trip to Nothumberland.
There was some lovely low cloud hanging over Kielder water the day we visited, the light however was just a little too flat for my liking and I struggled a bit to get something that I really liked. This was one of the better ones.

A leftover anti-Jerwood art gallery campaign poster still on display around the fishermen’s cabins, Hastings beach.
The proposal for the addition of the gallery caused quite a fuss but despite a sizable campaign the Jerwood art gallery in Hastings old town opened to the public in March 2012.
I wonder if I could get my work in there one day? 🙂

Meet Curt, a cool local chap who’s never stopped doing what he loves. Skateboarding. Still going strong at the age of 50, he’s an inspiration to us all.
My friend Dan and I came across Curt while making our way back to our cars after a photowalk around Bexhill town. We asked politely if he minded us taking a few pics and he was more than happy for us to do so. I’m not entirely happy with what I ended up with but it’s definitely not the sort of thing I usually photograph, so a bit more practice needed I think.
If you every happen to be walking along Bexhill promenade one sunny day, you may well bump into him.
